The house and furniture is all made of hard plastic. There is some damage to some of the items, so I will list off what is included and make notes on what damage it has to the side. House (fading, cracks, scuffs, missing living room carpet, broken tab on wall, light stains) Sofa Sectional (light stains on fabric, broken support on one side and middle section) Coffee and End Tables (broken support on coffee table) Canopy Bed (2 broken tabs -- still funtional) Dresser Vanity (missing drawers) Kitchen Table and Chairs (3 stress marks) Refrigerator (some scuffs) Kitchen Cabinets (some scuffs) Shower and Toilet (these are not TOMY -- they are Fisher Price, but close to the same scale) These items are previously owned, but in good condition.
